Hyderabad shocker: Intermediate student stabbed to death on his way to exams

While three attackers managed to escape, one was caught by the crowd and handed over to the police.
In a shocking incident, a 17-year-old student, who was on his way to write his board exams was murdered in broad daylight in Hyderabad on Monday.
The incident took place at around 8.20 am, near the Kukatpally metro station which is right opposite to the Kukatpally traffic police station.
The deceased was identified as Sudheer Erragalla.
According to reports, Sudheer was going on a bike along with his two friends, when four armed persons stopped them. After seeing the knife wielding gang, Sudheer ran for his life on the main road. In this bid, he also boarded a school bus. However, the attackers pulled him out from the bus and finally stabbed him to death near the metro station.
While three attackers managed to escape, one was caught by the crowd and handed over to the police. Police are investigating the case.
According to reports, the victim got into a fight with the attackers a couple of days ago.
As the police are still at the crime spot collecting details, they refused to disclose any information pertaining to the crime.
The body was shifted to Gandhi hospital.
